2. User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• You must ensure that your recordings and content comply with local laws
• You agree not to misuse the platform for unlawful activities
• You are responsible for obtaining consent from meeting participants before recording

3. Meeting Recording & Data Usage

• Users can record, store, and delete meeting recordings and transcripts
• We store this data until the user deletes it
• You retain all rights to your meeting content
• We do not use your meeting data to train AI models

4. Payment & Subscription

• MeetKat offers both free and paid plans with different features and limits
• Free tier: 60 minutes/month, 30 minutes per meeting
• Basic tier ($12/month): 750 minutes/month, 120 minutes per meeting
• Pro tier ($20/month): 1200 minutes/month, 240 minutes per meeting
• We generally do not offer refunds unless the reason is genuine

5. Account Suspension & Termination

MeetKat may suspend or terminate accounts for:

• Violations of these terms
• Fraudulent activities
• Misuse of services
• Security breaches

6. Limitation of Liability

MeetKat is provided "as is." We are not liable for:

• Any data loss or service disruptions
• Security breaches beyond our reasonable control
• User-generated content or recordings
• Indirect or consequential damages

7. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service indicates your acceptance of any updates.
